Edwards performed incredibly, scoring a career-high 36 points, nine rebounds, and five assists, while Karl-Anthony Towns secured a double-double with 18 points and 13 rebounds.
The Suns found it challenging to keep up with the Timberwolves’ hot shooting. Additionally, the team was outrebounded by a significant margin. With Grayson Allen out due to injury, the Suns’ offense lacked the firepower to match the Timberwolves’ scoring output.
As the Timberwolves aim to complete the sweep in Game 4, the Suns will need to re-strategize and make adjustments to avoid an early exit from the playoffs. The Timberwolves’ dominant performance in Game 3 has put them on the verge of advancing to the next round, signaling their potential as a genuine contender in the Western Conference.
